Carrer Planning

What should you do with your life? What career best suits you? Where do you see yourself in ten years? These questions can be overwhelming for a person who has no idea what the next chapter of their live holds. It  seems as soon as a person approaches the end of their high school years they are bombarded with these questions, and what seems like millions of possible career options. Do you want to be a doctor? Are you opposed to anything in the medical field? How many years do you plan to devote to your degree? What about opening up your own business? I remember my years before and during college where I spent a great deal of my time stressing out about what I would do for the reset of me life.

My only piece of advice to people like this is to relax, you will find your way in life all in good time. Do not jump into a career just for the sake of having a path in life. This will waste all the time and energy you put into studying for this particular occupation. Your heart will not really be in it and you probably wont find success of happiness. Study courses that interest you, and this will lead you to possible career paths.

What Type of Business Should I Start

I know that I want to open my own business. I never wanted to work for someone, and I think I would be a really good manager and be able to keep track of and manage all of the employees. I went to college and graduate and now I need to worry about paying back all of my student loans. Once I get all of that squared away I can begin to focus on my next career move. I still am not sure about what type of company I want to start. I have a bunch of options. I could open up something in the food service industry, making a restaurant or a bakery, maybe even a catering business.

I could start up a landscaping business, I never pictured myself doing physical labor, but I could focus more on the business side of it as opposed to the manual labor. I could start my own clothing line. This seems like a stretch but I am skilled at sowing and I am decent at sketching. When I think about it, I have skills in the cosmetic field. I could take an excelled course in cosmetics and be able to consider myself a fairly decent make-up artist or nail stylist. All of these options seem a little overwhelming, but I have confidence in the fact that I will be able to zero in on a career path this is best suited for me. As for right now, my main focus is to pay off my loans and I plan on doing that by keeping my day job and then after all of that is taken care of, I will be able to take out another loan to begin my own business.

For the business owners who do not run an extremely busy business and may be able to get to the phones most of the time, they can set up their service in a way that suits their needs. For example, many answering services offer call operators to pick up phones after a certain number of rings. Other services may just include services offering an automated voice messaging.
